Il a été le meilleur cheval de la GCL en 2018, et en 2019 il apparait sur le podium d’un Grand Prix GCL à trois reprises. Le circuit Coupe du Monde 2018/2019 est dominé par un seul cheval : Tobago Z, il sort vainqueur des Coupes du Monde de Madrid et Bordeaux et se classe 3e à Amsterdam et 4e à Leipzig. Grâce à ses qualités incroyables il termine aussi 4e de la finale Coupe du Monde, 2e du prestigieux grand prix d’Aachen et 2e au championnat d’Europe à Rotterdam avec l’équipe d’Allemagne.

George Z, fils de Kannan et Usha, est le frère de la gagnante de Michel Hecart, Babbe van’t Roosakker. Il est également le frère utérin de Cella qui, sous la selle de Ben Maher, remporta l’Or par équipe et l’Argent en individuel lors des championnats d’Europe à Herning.
Mais la génétique ne vaut rien sans résultats. En 2019, agé de 7ans, George a sauté 24 parcours sur la scène internationale, dont 18 sans-fautes, soit un pourcentage incroyable de 75% de sans-fautes et il s’est classé dans 13 compétitions !
